December Part 1

Please excuse the really long break between posts - we decided to change up just about everything in our lives in the same weekend. Now, after a month and a half of recovering from the changes, we're ready to get caught up on blogs.

So, December part 1:

In preparation for our moving to American Fork, my father and I spent every weekend and all available free time building a new bathroom in the house we're moving to. That's new plumbing, wiring, tiling, showers, tub, toilet, sink and all - and of course all the challenges that go with that effort. In many ways we were packed up and ready to move before Christmas, and we got into our new home on New Years Eve.

Here are a few photos that do get across how much we were doing, but they underestimate the amount of late nights, long hours, endless design challenges and constant sleep shortages involved with getting it done. I learned a lot, and it was a lot of fun to spend a lot of time with my dad, and thankfully the Millers were good sports about us living with them for two weeks over the holidays.
