The only aunt Lizzie has yet to meet has returned from China, but sadly she brought back a cough with her. Since she's coming from the land of SARS and Bird Flu, the doctors, parents and grandparents have decided it's best not to meet Lizzie right off. The doctors recommend ten days - in the mean time she's tuning in via webcam.
The Walrus is actually unrelated, but was necessary for the title to have a Beatles reference.
The cooing is something Lizzie does while sleeping, as can be seen in the video here:

Adorable! It kind of makes me miss Michael's new-newborn stage. Kind of. Lizzie is so cute. I hope she's always that sweet for you.
